Vodafone India — regarding international roaming & disconnection of services for vodafone no. [protected] | |||
Wrongly billing even after activation of International roaming pack. Billing amount Rs. 40, 278 /-. I had visited to South Africa on 6th June 2019 before starting of journey i had activated international roaming facility through my vodafone app for which i had received confirmation of activation of service (international roaming). But after reaching to Seychelles i had received network for half an hour later I switched off the phone & proceed to further flight to Johnsburg. Later after reaching to Johnsburg I dint received signal. So I contacted my representative who was in India & asked to visit Vodafone store Dombivli (W) on 7th June 2019 at time we came to know service for international roaming is not activated in system even after I had received confirmation from Vodafone through SMS for activation & have an unbilled amount of Approx Rs. 27000 /-. As of now my outgoing facility has been deactivated stating exceed of credit limit. Was this information helpful? | |||
