Vodafone India — regarding invalid vas charges

I have registerd my complaint on 14th august regarding rs. 105 rs charged against vas service in the bill dated 12th august 2017. For which i waived off for the charges rs 105 on a last day before the due date.in the same complaint i have said that in the next bill cycle it is showing me unbilled amount against vas services of rs. 37, which is just continuation to previously activated service. Now no customer care executive is lodging the complaint. Also when i sent the port out request, i received the call offering me same service with additional data and less rentals (I. E. Rs 299) which is unnecessarily charging me for sms. I have also been told that this will be the plan forever. And now cse says its only for 1 month as welcome offer. I will not going to pay any extra penny for non used services. If recordings of phone calls is required i have it with me
