[Resolved] Vodafone India — Regarding misbehaviour of the customer care | |
Today I called the customer care toll free no 198
to know the reason for rejection of my UPC code of porting my no [protected]. to other service operator..but the person who told his name as Mr Mohit, started abusive language with me and literally started talking in bad language that is not acceptable in customer service.
And this is also bad symbol for the market image of the vodafone...
I am really dis apointed with such a cheap behaviour with me. I want apologies from that guy...
