Vodafone India — Regarding more bill | |||
Hi sir, my name is udayasagar.g. from near about 10 years i am using the vodafone sim in 2011, i have changed to postpaid in 99 corporate plan along with my wife sim also. numbers are [protected] and [protected] now a days i am not using the number [protected] more frequently and getting the minimum bill of 120 along with the roaming charges because i am staying in the state of maharashtra.. both of mine are 2G sims my problem is 20 days back in [protected] i have used the internet 2G for near about 500mb. this shows the amount in the bill 1735 rupees. is it the right way that 1735 ruppes is for 500mb 2G data. you r informing the data we have used ...by sms. but not the charges. because u can charge like this in later. i dont pay the bill for this large amount. please deactivate my number from postpaid.and discontinue from your service. which is a very bad service. by the name of postpaid ...u r charging the more money.
