Vodafone India — regarding my calling services barred

Hi team,
My contact number [protected] services are barred and there is no dues on this number. I have called customer care 198 and they are saying because number [protected] has dues and both number [protected] & [protected] are on same id so that number [protected] will be deactivated. I am using [protected] from last 2 years and they have deactivated without any prior notice or information.
Please help me out into this.
