[Resolved] Vodafone India — regarding my refund of excess payment | |||
I was using vodafone network & my relationship no. Was 36138617. My mobile no. Was [protected]. By mistake i made excess payment to vodafone mobile services limited which also reflected in my last statement dated[protected] as amount due rs. (-) 2, 517.97. Thereafter i migrated to another service provider with the same mobile no. [protected]. On[protected] i received an sms stating that vodafone has processed the refund amount of rs. 2290.05 vis cheque no. 317302 for my postpaid mobile no. [protected] & i will receive the cheque within 15 working days. Today it is more than 4 months but i have not received the cheque towards refund till date. On several followups with vodafone stores at at sanghat mall, opp. Vishwakarma engineering college, visat gandhinagar road i alway get the reply to wait for few more days. I am afraid, the issued cheque which has not yet reached me will expire very soon. Request you to please help me taking appropriate action them for harassment since last four months. Oct 31, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved The complaint got resolved only after i approached the Nodal officer of Vodafone.
The company has emailed me from [email protected] & called me from 079-71710600.
