Vodafone India — regarding outstanding bill payment | |||
Dear sir, i am sunil dave. I amusing vodaphone prepaid card since 2002 and having two postpaid card from one year. for this two cards my monthly usage was 1500. One of the number is [protected] in which i have recieved 400 something bill and i used to pay the payment by internet banking. I have paid the bill online and due to technical fault it was not credited but it was debited my account. I got the message that my account was debited. After few days i come a croos that my bill was outstanding. then i contacted customer care center he said you have to pay penlty for that but i actually deined to pay and stop the card. I am using corporate connnection through the dealer. I have informed the same to the concern person. He said you have pay at the time of settlement. during the settlement i have paid rs.400 and recipt no is 012573 on 26th feb 2015. After that i have recieved the notice from advocate. On the suggestion of the dealer i have waited for the settlement and paid the dues. Then why the company has sent me notice. Now i am not a tall interested in its service please send me today the outstanding bill of the other number [protected].
