[Resolved] Vodafone India — Regarding postpaid bill | |
Hi,
I have taken vodafone post paid number. I opted for 299 plan and their sales person activated wrong plan on my number. They activated 199 plan. 299 plan was having internet free and 199 plan didnt include any internet. I used internet assuming plan activated on it was 299. Now they say me, plan activated was 199 and since u used internetn 1596 are the internet charges. The mistake is done from their side, they activated wrong plan and now charging me internet fees.

I am using Vodafone postpaid sim([protected]).
I was using internet 3G. I got the acknowledgement late, That my internet package is over. they put Rs. 9, 112.23 as bill amount.
My credit limit is 3600/- then why services not stopped immediately when I crossed my limit.
what is use of setting credit limit.
I want justice.
Kindly reverse the above charges and let me know the final amount I am supposed to pay.
