Vodafone India — Regarding sim not activated from prepaid to postpaid | |||||
Hi, i am nishu vaid i would like to inform you that the vodafone customer care people made my fool, actually i ve swithched my connection from prepaid to post paid on 24 october, one of the concerned person from vodafone came to my address for collecting the payment of rs. 100 and gave me a receipt in return and then next day morning i ve received one call from one of the agent regarding that one of the agent will come to your address for the verification and so the person came and i gave them the verification, they asked me for the govt. Id and so i gave it, but from last 24 hours i am facing that they have discontinued my prepaid number due to which i am facing so much trouble and they are saying that my verification was cancelled but then again checking with the guy who came for the verification he is saying that verification is positive from his behalf.
