[Resolved] Vodafone India — Regarding the Post paid Service | |||
Hi, I am not satisfied with the Vodafone Post Paid Service . I am in the plan ST_CR_MV_E_Connect_499.My Cr. Limit is Rs.800/-. But I get the messages that my outstanding bill amount crossed Cr Limit, so the services would be interrupted. Why is that the data charges are being added to the outstanding amount? Why is my limit given as only Rs.800/-? Some customers get Rs.1400/-, where I got only Rs.800/-. I already visited the Vodafone Store on 07-July-2014. After that I was able to get the service for couple of hours only. Again I got one more message and service has been stopped. I am not at all satisfied with the service, I can not go daily to the store and get the issue resolved. When I call customer care, they had different details... Was this information helpful? | |||
