Vodafone India — regarding unauthorized charges for non consumed vas services | |||
I am using postpaid plan for my mobile number [protected] from vodafone. Company sent me bill for the month of july 2017, which contained rs 105 for the use of vas services, which i never used, nor i have sent my consent for the activation of the same. Then i called customer care, which couldn't resolve my complaint & didnt even sent me the details of launched complaint over sms or email even after requesting for the same. (I have the recordings for the same) i talked to cse named pratima, and on a phone call she gave me launched complaint number as[protected]. She said my complaint will be resolved in 24 hours. But further no response from company. So after 48 hours i launched my complaint via email. Which is not yet solved even after 12 days. I could see that email is viewed 83 times (While launching complaint here.) but cse's are hesitant to give me any sort of proofs. Was this information helpful? | |||
