Vodafone India — regarding vodafone postpaid to prepaid conversion. | |||
I have a vodafone postpaid connection and the number is [protected]. I wanted to convert my number in prepaid, so i approached vodafone store at kaggadasapura, cv raman nagar. As per vodafone store people, to convert sim into prepaid, i have to opt for frc 445, asked for any other frc, but it's not available. I denied to pay 445 for frc, so vodafone store people told that migration cannot be done without frc and gave my documents back. I don't know why vodafone is forcing customers to go for frc 445 to convert their sim into prepaid. In this way earning money is fraud. Finally, i called customer care and blocked my sim. Please look into this.. I want postpaid to prepaid migration to be done, as it used to be done earlier. It's customer wish if wants to go frc or not?
