Vodafone India — Regular call drops | |||||
I've been using Vodafone from the past 8 years and never really faced any issues towards call drops or reaching customer care desk. But recently from the past 7 to 8 months whenever I speak over the phone, the call is getting dropped even with the full signal and later the signal drops completely then to roaming. I don't really understand this situation as there is a complete chaos surrounded with this issue. TRAI made rules to compensate customers for network drops and the CEO vodafone too came out for asking apology over this issue but nothing is working out. And man the customer care guys are seriously not at all worried about the customer issue. I don't understand this situation because I tried every aspect to overcome this issue thinking that the problem is from my end like the Phone or the SIM. But both aren't having any issue as I checked with other Vodafone consumers also, they said they too facing the similar issue. The call drops are getting high and we are getting charged for these calls too. Please do the needy. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Now just a couple of minutes ago it turned to roaming (the little triangle symbol to the top).
