My complaint related to post to prepaid migration I was paid last bill b4 2 days of billing cycle as per vodafone policy and visited to vodafone store for migration but store manager gives me resion of timeing exicutive said after 6 pm migration process will be close. Again next day i visited for the same but she again give me resion of process change of migration she said send p2p msg and come with rerence id. This is my 2ed visit at store result blank hand. On next day i was send p2p msg to care but didn't get any call or reference id msg. After 48 hrs i again send same msg of p2p but again their is no reply. After 1 weak again send p2p msg but vodafone didn't replyed. After that i call to customer care 5 - 6 time but he didn't solve my problem. Now my problem is that i have completed all the process and delay from vodafone so i'm not paid bill of dis month because it was not my mistake Hello vodafone i'm waiting for your call my no is [protected] this problem related to my alternate number.
