Vodafone India — Reminder given daily for the company fault and blaming the customer | |
I use data card of vodafone with the number[protected] and i did not receive bill for the last two months and i had been contacting customer care center through call and they say that sir we will forward your call to the superior officer and keep's on hold for nearly 1hour 3 mins and they disconnect the call. This has been done for nearly 3 times, by which my call was totally engaged for nearly 2hours 20 minutes. I had received special call from the Vodafone team asking that when i am going to pay my bill, Then i had asked them to send the bill to my mail id.They had asked me to send the sms of my mail id to the mobile number. i had sent it, even there is no response.
I tried calling the mobile, One lady answers the call and says that they can't bring the manager into contact. But i get get call from the same lady almost daily, Asking "when are you going to pay the bill sir ". i had been repealing that i hadn't received the bill. She says that not companies fault.
They had been saying the wrong mail, id and i had requested them to change the mail id many number of times, But they haven't changed it.
They blame me that the bill had been delivered i the white letter box at the given address, Please check properly.
Then i had replied them many number of times that there is no bill delivered. Even though they say that's my fault to handle the bill.
If the bill hasn't delivered from where is the customer makes fault .
