Vodafone India — Repeatedly query on 342 plan | |||||
I had been complaining regarding the 342 plan on vodafone india but no reply from vodafone is in this way did they serve the customer then meaningless to (Happy to help you) i have raised my voice about the plan thrice for different concern.. *. Balance deduction this they had rectified *. Before plan expire date the plan stop working 2days early, when i about to contact regarding this but i could not able to connect customer care and i had taken this to social media later got a call explained her but no solution found she replied it will not continue but incase if as a customer [for example if we used data pack after validation period will they (Vodafone) don't charge us]. So for every mistake their is penalty so i want compensation and was not happy for this concern *. Now same repeated i have a one more month subscription but stopped and later complaining to social media again they continued the plan (Same 342 plan) even i attached a screenshots so kindly find it and give valid solution and i don't sorry this won't repeat and bla bla bla.. The best solution is offer me a good offer The reason of complaining is i need a compensation. Because vodafone will not wavie off 0.01rs so why we should?? Was this information helpful? | |||||
