Dear Sir/Madam, Request your attention to the fact of matter that I am struggling to get the NOC/No due letter(settlement) from Vodafone India.I have made the payment. There is unwanted pressure that they are putting on me as a consumer despite of settling the payments with Vodafone such meaningless emails are being sent by the employees without looking into the said issue.

Updated by Jayshree Bhongle Hello Sir, Despite of saying that they are doing a settlement of RS 1350 and no need to pay pending amount. Today I received another email from them that you have to pay the remaning amt as well. Please help me out with this

You can view it, save it for future reference and even print copies if needed. This is not at all acceptable. You tell customer we are doing settlement and then again charges
