I have wrongly recharged Rs. 75.00 instead of Rs.70.00 through online payment on my mobile no-[protected] and by result I got the roaming incoming free for 28 days which I don't need. I am valued customer of you. I request you to kindly credit the wrongly recharge of Rs.75/- as my Main balance.
As I talked to your customer care they told me it is impossible. Dear sir, I want to convey you that a customer may this type of mistake during pressing the numeric button. Hence, there must be the solution in your system for rectification so that customer would not be suffered. I am working in a Nationalised Bank and we have the solution of this type of mistake done by our valued customer. Therefore, you are requested to kindly resolve my problem or provide me the solution. I also want to highlight here that this is not the problem of mine only but it may with other customer so being a service provider you should have the solution for this type of problem. Therefore, I once again request you to kindly credit the same amount in my main balance.
