Vodafone India — reversal of rs.298/- charged for vas activated without consent

This mail is in regards to the bill for the current month cycle 25/06/2017 to 24/07/2017, of Rs.963/-, in which apart from the line rental of Rs.549, i have been charged for the VAS activated without consent an amount of Rs.298/-

Initially after receiving text message informing me about VAS being started and i had been charged Rs.35/- for that, I immediately called the customer service and asked them to cancel that and also make sure that i don't get charged for it. I was informed that i won't be charged and i should be rest assured about it.

After that again i received a similar message of Rs.63/- again i called to deactivate the same, and i was assured i won't be charged anything.
I thought it was due to Touchpal keyboard which was giving lots of pop up msgs, so I uninstalled the app and also formatted my handset, but inspite of doing so i received another msg of VAS for Rs.150/-, i called again the customer service and they cancelled the service. But also i kept a track o[censored]nbilled usage on My Vodafone app, which was showing Rs.200 + usage, and i then waited for the bill to be generated.
When the bill was generated i found that i was charged extra for the VAS only, and none of the charges were reversed.
I called up the customer service on 28/07/2017 and i told that i won't pay the Rs.298/- for the VAS and i want it to be reversed. I was informed that a ticket[protected] is raised and within 48 hours i will get a revert about the reversal.
Today on 30/07/2017 in the morning when i called up the customer service advisor, the lady on the other side informed me that the back end team informed that the charges are correct, and they won't reverse it. When i requested for talking to the manager there, she put me on hold for 10mins + and then disconnected my call. Then i made another call, and i was informed the same by adviser Mitesh, and when i wanted to talk to manager he said that the manager is busy on other call and he cannot let me talk to him. In turn he asked me to send a written complaint.

I sent an email to Vodafone requesting for the reversal of this amount as I have not used it all, but they responded that the charges are all correct and i have to pay it. I refuse to pay the charges as I have not used them at all.
