Vodafone India — rude behaviour of customer care executive named "atul" | |||
Today I chat with Customer Care of vodafone to get some information about my balance deductions. I told him that I already recharged unlimited pack on Feb 3rd 2019 but he continuosly and loudly telling me that I don't know how it is deducted, i am providing you information that amount is deducted from your account. His tone is so rude that at last he said likely that "Kya kar loge". Now i just want to switch company because of this type of misbehaviour. I just ask one question "Why vodafone giving executive job to such persons who don't know how to solve someone'e problem." Was this information helpful? | |||
