[Resolved] Vodafone India — security deposit not refunded | |||
I was having post paid mobile connection from vodafone. I ported out from vodafone and transfer my connection with jio in may 2019. I visited vodafone store gave all details for refund and they assured me i get refund in 60 days. I did not get refund. I again complain to vodafone customer care via their on line complaint before 4 months, their phone came that i will get refund, but so far not received till today. Kindly look into the matter. Call cant be connect many times and also cut in between call. after 4 time ringing no forwarded msg recording start. sometimes call forward recording start. i checked at my end it is ok in phone setting.
