Vodafone India — security deposit refund | |||
Dear vodafone team, As per the subjected mobile no. [protected] which was converted from postpaid to prepaid in may-2018 by paying unbill amount of rs.60 by cash at one of the vodafone store (Munjmahuda – vadodara). I have paid security deposit in cash which is rs. 500/- while getting new postpaid connection in 2012. I had converted my postpaid connection to prepaid instead of getting full amount of security deposit i only got 417.05 as prepaid balance which is again not the full amount paid as security deposit which was rs. 500/- Need full security deposit amount by cheque or cash instead of prepaid balance.
