Vodafone India — Sending Bill with additional charges

Dear Sir, I have vodafone mobile post paid number as [protected], in which i am getting additional Bill of 250/- of internet charge without using it even. I had requested several times from Feb. 2014 but still day are sending it to me. Please help me regarding same.I want to off the number even still they are not doing same. Thanks
