Vodafone India — Service activation without my knowledge | |||
Hello Sir I'm frustrated again. Why they have activated again a stupid service to me. I don't know whether those people have sense or not. How many times i have to write mail about service activation. Such a worst fraud 420 company is Vodafone. Instead of activating these kind of services and stealing 35 rupees they could beg along roadside. I lost my patience so please take action. Proofs are ready. I don't want to be a customer of a fraud company. Bye to Vodafone. Note: Below is as received sms for your reference. "Hello! BINDASS Video Streaming service is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till[protected] and a 7 days rental of Rs.35 will reflect in your next bill.To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free)." I have received a call from Vodafone. As usual words like "Sorry sir for the inconvenience"about the automatic activation. They said that they will refund the amount when bill is generated but my question is why these people have to activate and deactivate, its better to remain silent. Feb 27, March 3 and now on March 13 the same problem has occurred. Is this the customer care followup? I'm bored of writing back to back mails that "Unless i write a mail to activate a service, don't activate" It means that people doesn't know English at all. If any customer is illiterate think of their situation, you people will steal Rs.35 every week. Let me decide it here itself because i have lost my interest and patience. Tell me clearly or mail or give me assurance that you can stop these idiotic system in future. If you Vodafone people cannot stop this, please let me know and do MNP.
