Vodafone India — Service activation without user's consent | |||
I feel really disgusted with the services of vodafone. It is a big multi-national but it is stealing customer's money using nonsense business tactics. Today, i got a message about activation of "utv action pack" which i never subscribed. 90 rs rental was deducted. This did not happen for the first time. Telecom company has resorted to cheating. When you use some application and by mistake you click on any advertisement which asks for subscription, money will be deducted without user consent immediately if your phone is connected to mobile internet. Why don't they ask for confirmation? I have lost my balance money 3 times in a a similar fashion but i don't think i clicked any link this time. I hope government should frame guidelines to stop this blatant cheating. Was this information helpful? | |||
