I have recharged for 399/- pack which gives 250min/day and 1000min/week free calling but yesterday when i called to some numbers it says insufficient balance yet i have completed by any offers. When i want to told this problem to vodafone bhopal office firstly they picked up my called and asked my problem but when my problem was not solved and call back again they just block my number then i emailed to them about the same they ([protected]) now call me but still problem is unsolved and i repeatedly calling (Using my balance) to this no. And customer care but they are not picking my call and not answering me. 1. Showing insufficient balance. 2. Balance is cut. Was this information helpful? | |||
