This is a service complaint on my Vodafone number [protected]. I have been complaining and escalating to all cx care executives that VAS services are being activated on my account without my consent. This is a problem i have been escalating since more than an year now and now action has been taken.
Again on Monday 13th March, another VAS service (Video Dictionary) was activated and i had called up the cx care centre to complain about it and ask for a refund (like always). However, this time the cx representative refused a refund stating i already have got a refund previously in this month and he can not process a refund.
This is absolutely unacceptable. These services are getting activated without my consent and I'm loosing money cause of you. I'm simply not willing to agree that this was done from my end as i hadn't even touched my phone (i have sated this many times earlier). In fact one of your cx care executives previously stated that Vodafone is aware of this problem and working to solve it. So it makes no sense to decline my request knowing very well this is an existing issue.
