Vodafone India — sim activation | |||
I bought a new postpaid connection in jan 2018 bearning no [protected] from jammu and kashmir vodafone store. I done my verification the sim activates and after 5 days from the day of activation the sim suspened by company due to physical verification and after that i spoke to customer care who told me to visit store for the reverification i reached store and i updated my address but till now its been almost 1 month no reverification been yet done niether the security refunded to me. Post paid sim not working since purchase no response from vodafone customer care system. only call charges being applied on calling to care no. Post paid sim no is [protected] from bansi dhar bhatt kindly help
