[Resolved] Vodafone India — Sim card activation | |||
I have requested to convert my no from Vodafone postpaid to prepaid on 10/12/2016. I have received a msg showing dat ur no. will be converted in prepaid within 2hours on 16/12/2016. Still after 30hrs my no is not working. At present I don have connectivity. I visited Vodafone store thrice as well as called on customer care, no one is giving me proper answer. They just told me it's an IT problem. It will be resolved within an hour bt I am facing the problem since more than 30 hours. I am a doctor. My profession totally depends on it. Who's going to give me compensation?? Plz help me out...I want to register a complaint regarding Vodafone. Was this information helpful? | |||
