Vodafone India — SIM card blocked without prior notice. Not being issued with a new SIM with the same number. | |||
My Vodafone SIM card wasn't recharged for over 6 months since i was out of the country. And by time i came back it was already blocked. I went to the customer service center in virar. They informed that it has been blocked and there is no way i can get a new SIM card with the same number. I wasn't given any prior notice with regards to the blocking of the SIM. No mails or emails were received from Vodafone prior to blocking my SIM. I request Vodafone to reissue me my SIM back. I'm ready to pay the cost of the reissuing. Was this information helpful? | |||
