Vodafone India — Sim card deactivated | |||
Hello, my prepaid Vodafone connection with no. [protected] got deactivated for no reason 48 hrs ago. I contacted their on-line support system. After verifying my identity they said that the sim card got deactivated as the sim was not in active use. The representative openly admitted that it was vodafone's fault that my connection was blocked I tried to convince them that the sim card was in active use by giving them the details regarding call made from the no. and everything. They said they are helpless and asked me to contact the local store. When I visited the store they informed that they can only reactivate the sim only on post paid scheme and they are charging me money for the activation and I will have pay monthly fixed rental even if I don't use the number. I request you to contact the concerned person and reactivate my sim card. Was this information helpful? | |||
