Vodafone India — sim card suspended without any notice or information | |||||
Dear Team, my Vodafone number has been suspended from 2 days, without any information / notice of suspension. vodafone customer care executive called me many times and i answered each call very respectfully and asked to clear my concerns, regarding my extra bill. i have never denied to pay the amount but asking for clear clarification for unnecessary bill and in reply i get the ans like will take your concern / request further. but no call / reply received related to resolving my concern. and services suspended without any prior notice / information of suspension.
