Vodafone India — Sim deactivation | |||||
I am using Vodafone UP (E) sim no. [protected] from last three months. I bought this sim from vodafone shahjahanpur store in month of January-16 and submitted all necessary documents but after 7-8 days o[censored]se sim services was stopped and again after my request service was started then again 8-10 days later sim was deactivated without any reason. and i lost around 80 rs. talktime & 1 GB 3G pack because of deactivation of sim. I again visited Vodafone Shahjahanpur store for this issue continuously 5-6 days but they didn't tell any thing and after submitting all documents then they again reissue a new sim with same no. [protected] in March-16 . but did not provide lost talktime & 3G data, I used this sim for 9-10 days then again sim services was stopped and again after my request service was started then again 8-10 days later i.e on 29-03-16. sim was deactivated without any reason, and lost talk time and 3G data again . As i was out of station and came today at Shahjahanpur and visited store and talk to manager Tarannum Fatima and she also didn't tell any thing why it is happening. Again i gave her my all documents with photo. I also have 30 minutes interaction video in Vodafone shahjahanpur office about my problem but all were very busy and not solved my problem. i have been exhausted physically & mentally due to the service by vodafone From last three months.
