[Resolved] Vodafone India — sim disabled | |||
Vodafone decided to disable. My sim for. No reason on sunday.. After an sms that i need to resubmit my docs to store.. I called customer care they didn't help as they dont knw what happened. I visited store server is down they cant help.. I visit store again they tell me to take a new sim.. Reson for deactivation is dot audit??? No proper info given plus my main account balance of rs 521 and 499 recharge for 84 days made 0 which was valid for another 3 months. Such a torture by vodafone.. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am a vodafone connection user. I have recharged in my mobile number 399 pack. Tranquility I cannot use net connection and call service. Contacting vodafone customers care many time i complain. But problem not solved. Plz, help me. Thank you.
