Vodafone India — Sim is not working from last one month | |
Dear Team,
I ported my no. from TATA to VODAFONE last month. As I had changed my address so I requested as per my request no.[protected] kindly call me before coming to my new address for verification so that I can hand over the documentsto the executive.
But he didn't call me on my alternate no. [protected] and verified my address from my neighbour.But still my no. is not activate. Customer care said submit you documents to vodafone store. but i was out of station.
I was not in the position to send hard copy to Vodafone store. I was out of station & my documents was at my home. Noone was there to submit and as per my telecon with Cust. care Executive and Supervisor, my add. verification was positive. He suggested to me that i can send my scanned IDs .so i sent scanned copy also. but no. was not activated. I called cust. care they again said submit your documents to Vodafone store.
After reaching to Gurgaon i submitted my documents at Vodafone store Sec- 53, Gurgaon to Mr. Pankaj..He said no. will start within 24 hrs. again it was fake commitement. Already submitted my all documents to your vodafone store on 5th Jul but still no. is not working
I again called cust. care they said your documents are not updated. Then i again visited Vodafone store & again request to Mr. Pankaj, he again said no. will active within 24hrs.
Due to this i am not able to use bank facilities or any online transitions. Now i feel i am totally mentally harass by Vodafone from last one month. I spend my fuel, time & money. Now Vodafone will be responsible if some thing happens with me.
