Vodafone India — SIM not activated and demanding submit again proof id | |||||
I buy a vodafone postpaid sim of mobile no [protected] with the agent TANVEER on 23oct 2015 at my home but today is 16th nov 2015 but my sim is still not activated, i made a complain to the vodafone office, he said negative verification, i have provided my 3 mobile no to make call to me when he is coming for verification, but i didnt recv any call and geting remarks as Negative verification, i have paid 250 rs as security money, when i said give back my document and my security money, he said i will not giving back your document, my ques when my SIM is not activated yeh then what is the need of that document?is there is a wrong use of document but issuing a new sim in the name of me? plz take action against him and activate my sim immediately i[censored] have authority Was this information helpful? | |||||
