My uncle is visited brodipet vodafone store for the perpose of sim replacement. But they are given postpaid sim in the place of prepaid... My self tirupatireddy i will say to rani madam is vodafone store employee.. She is not using proper word. She is giving any respect to customer.. This way your giving training to the employees... Am heartily like your network connection but you have no responsibility for re solving any issues.Someone is informed your area cell connection is week that will replace after resolve this issue I was ask him when this issue will clear ? He have not mention any time period.what i do ?

Sir RE 1 STORE service apne aap hi activate ho gaye or customercare bhi puri jankari nahi de rahe h sir mere balance dedicate ho chuka h or (-88 ) balance dekha raha h sir mere ko refund nahi chaye please service ko deactivate kar k -88 Rupees ki jagah 0 balance kar do
