[Resolved] Vodafone India — Siphoning of money by forcibly applying value added service charges | |
I am kedar vartak using vodafone no.[protected] would like to submit my request that, i have been charged by rs.30/- last week on the pretext of value added service charges, which is not requested anyway by me ever, subsequently yesterday i.e. on 13/12/2016 another rs.40/-has been deducted from my balance .both the time the so called value added service which was not anyway required and requested by me and it was said to be deactivated but both the time i have to shell out total sum of rs.70/- alltogether.it is not a question of rs.70/- but the way your company is deducting the sum is not apprisable and expected from such a reknown company.i hope that action will be initiated as to stop me from converting my service provider .
