Calls to special numbers 51717 on 20th April and 24th April for duration of 44minutes and 90minutes and to 56789 on 18th may for 60 minutes have been charged to me when I have not used this service.
The customer care only responds to say that these are valid charges inspite of
telling them that these calls were not made by me.

Call to Nodal officer is not being answered. Suggested by the customer care executive.
This is a common practice it appears that the service provider is charging post paid customers and claim that their billing system is correct hence no reversal on the amounts will be made. Was this information helpful? |
