Vodafone India — Stealing and Threatening | |||
I was a loyal vodafone postpaid corporate customer for 8 years. As i travel abroad i place my number in safe custody with Vodafone by paying a deposit and come back and activate the same number. Last time i paid the security deposit on 30-Oct-2016 and my number was placed under safe custody from 8-Nov-2016. But Vodafone continued to bill me even after this period, when i raised concerns they provided no proper answer. Today i received a threatening email asking me a whooping 1246, for which they don't provide any itemized bill, and stating they would immediately approach the Lok Adalat in Chennai tomorrow. Paying the amount is not a matter a here, the stealing and threatening nature of this company needs to be addressed. Please help Was this information helpful? | |||
