My connectvity number is [protected]. outgoing calls stopped not restored sofar eventhough I have submitted the required documents to your KAKINADA office. I have submitted the documents twice to your office. I have submitted the documents in February, 2017 and again on 08.05.2017. I request you to look into the above matter and restore the outgoing calls facility immediately.
