I am using two vodafone numbers [protected] and [protected].
I have requested to deactivate this number since i moved to Bangalore.
I have first raised a request on 14th July but no action has been taken, then again when i called the customer care on 18th July i have been informed that no such request has been taken!! This is very annoying and not acceptable.
Request you to kindly deactivate my connection ASAP.
Moreover for [protected] i have requested to deactivate the Internet service on June but when i receives the bill for month of june the internet charges has been levied on the same, though i have not used the service.
I would request to reverse those charges as well and send me the updated bill with total outstanding as of 18th july. As i have raised the request n 14th JUly for deactivating the service i am not expecting to pay for any bill raised after 18th JUly
