[Resolved] Vodafone India — System error leading to activation of plan 5 times | |||
Hi, I have been your customer since 8 years and look forward to the same loyalty. My number is [protected], I use your self help service a lot and this only has created the problem. Last night my Internet pack got over so followed the steps to activate a new 3g plan using the *111# Self help procedure. Upon sending the command i received the reply "INVALID MMI CODE or USSD CODE CONNECTION TIME OUT". So I tried again and the same error came, I tried 8 times and then i left assuming that if the transaction is not successful it will revert the money back. Today morning when i woke up i found 5 messages from Vodafone that my Internet pack has been activated 5 times deducting a total amount of Rs. 485. I called up your customer care but they were unable to solve the problem and said since the request was sent 5 times so it got activated that way. You can check my usability per month is the pack 300 [protected]@ Rs.95. So I request you to either to revert my money or extend the validity of net pack to 4 more months.
