Recently i did double recharge.in other operators, they will append to first one. Vodafone neither append nor refund. Surprisingly customer care is saying first one will be cancelled. By this way they are getting huge money due to customer ignorance. They can provide warning if they can not append. As they are earning this way they are not worried on existing customers and network issues. So careful and possible switch to another operator. As per TRAI, incoming calls should only be barred after 15 days of service validity expiry but Vodafone has disconnected my Incoming calls too, along with Outgoing calls & SMS. Mob - [protected]
