I have prepaid SIM connection. I have done recharge 300, 200, 200 rupees. It gives successful recharge message but it did not show any talkvalue. When i am calling to customer care, they say below arguments like:
1)system is not working now, call after 4 hours.
2) Balance gone due to internet usage, while i did not use any data/internet. Thier computer system is also saying this connection have no internet enabled.
3) You will recieve balance after some hours, but it never come.
4) We have no idea where your balance gone.
