[Resolved] Vodafone India — tollfree number and free call charged | |||||
I am charged for the most popular vodofone plan offered to me when i made call to toll free numbers and other mobile which should not have been as per the 398 plan. I had emailed about the same and also provided detailed feedback on the same also. I am continioiusly loosing amount for no reason. Benefit Voice: unlimited local + std calls daily fup :250mins, post capping30p/min, and data:1.4 gb 3g/4g per day post free usage data will be charged 50p/mb Sms 100 sms per day National roaming National roaming incoming calls and outgoing calls free Validity 84 days Was this information helpful? | |||||

This is not just an issue with single person, You guys are charging for all toll free numbers to all customers.
Please can you stop doing this, as it comes under a kind of fraud, I have tried with many vodafone users and for big brands Toll free number.
