I am completely disguise with very poor service and customer service experience is very poor and pathetic. I have been trying to get sought out a problem of internet access on my Samsung mobile (Model Grand 2, SM-G7102). I was in touch with your customer care team since past couple of days but no permanent solution received from your end whereas every time I called up and your representatives told me that 'Sir sorry for the inconvenience and we apologies for the same, will resolve the issue for you' these lines are really useless as I am a unhappy customer for a very big brand name Vodafone. I would request you to kindly look into the matter asap and resolve my problem. In case if you want further information from me to resolve the matter, please call me on my number [protected].
