[Resolved] Vodafone India — unable to send message to 1900 | |||||
Hi team I have been waiting for more than 24 hours when i call up for 4 times to executive in 2 days i got below responses. Recharge with rc35 yesterday 1 st executive on 24th jan - wait for 30 minutes sir out going will be activated 2nd executive on 24th jan wait for 30 minutes sir out going will be activated 3rd executive on 24th jan wait for 2 hours sir out going will be activated 4th executive on 25th jan again the executive is asking for wait for 30 minutes to just get the outgoing activiated? I dont understand why waiting time is soo high? Kindly resolve this at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||||
