[Resolved] Vodafone India — Unable to send PORT message from mobile and unable to connect to customer service executive | |||||
Hi All, From last night I have spent 3 to 4 hors for just try to sending the PORT message which is used for mobile no portability but I am not able to send the message for that I talk with customer service executive, he suggest me to do some settings for sending the message and told me to do the restart the mobile once setting is done. After checking in setting I found that my settings are already updated still I make sure about it and restart my mobile. Still this issue is unsolved. Later on I called to customer care but no one is there to handle my request I have been in more that 1.45 hours on hold but my call didn't connect to customer service executive. I try another no but its on Mumbai's Circle so they told me to go with option 1.1 and to talk with customer service executive I tried that one also but still my call is not connected. So I want strict action need to be taken against the provider as they are not doing such shameful actions to prevent their customer to go on another provider. Thanks and Regards, Nitesh Sonawane. Apr 3, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved company haven't provide me any kind of satisfactory information about my issue. They just keeping me hold don't even try to connect my call with customer service executive. So I can ask them to look into my issue. Now its showing balance is Rs.22000, is unpaid amount and we are not able to make outgoing calls.
As we spoke with customer care, they said that we used 38mb in USA so 22, 000 charge.
But we didn’t switch on the data in USA? why charges simply?
