Vodafone India — unable to send sms

Hello,
Daily i try to send sms but unable to send sms. However i m able to send some persons mobile number but can't send sms to promotional/bank facility number like 56767, 5706040. Plz resolve my this problem otherwise i will port my number to jio. My mobile number is[protected].
I am totally become frustrated with this why this issue is happening with me. Because of this problem i am not able to check my bank account balance and statement. I find my helpless. After so many calls no resolution of problem.
I have last option to get a new sim card.
